To-cook list

For my second year of blogging:
- cream puffs
- croissants
- bagels
- apple pie (Done)
- preserves (Done. I made peach butter and honeyed tomato butter)
- more homemade pasta
- really good gnocchi

For whenever I get a chance:
- homemade tortillas
- homemade tofu
- apple cider doughnuts
- lobster rolls

Things I've made before but need to make again so I can eat them so I can blog about them:
- pretzels
- granola bars
- chocolate-whiskey cake (Done)
- buttermilk biscuits
